How can I make a deposit?
- Login and go to ‘My Account’
- Select Deposit
- Select card (or add a card if this is your first deposit), enter your CV2 number, the amount you would like to deposit and tap ‘Deposit’.

How can I make a withdrawal?
- Login and go to ‘My Account’
- Select Withdraw
- Select card, enter the amount you would like to withdraw and tap ‘Withdraw’.
What are my options for withdrawals?
All withdrawals will be transferred to your credit/debit card from where you deposited. Please contact our customer support team at email@example.com if there are any issues with the card from where your deposit was made.
How long do withdrawals take?
Generally, withdrawals take 2-3 working days to reach your account once approved. However please note that due to bank processing times, withdrawals can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
How do I know if my withdrawal has been approved?
Go to ‘Payment History’ in the ‘My Account’ section to see the status of all your withdrawals. Any pending withdrawals are displayed at the top of the page. If your card withdrawal has been requested before 10am GMT the withdrawal will typically be approved by 8pm that same day. If withdrawal is requested after 10am GMT it will be typically be approved by midday the following day.
Can I cancel my withdrawal?
Yes, while a withdrawal is still pending you can cancel it. Once a withdrawal has been approved you can no longer cancel it.
How do I cancel a withdrawal?
If you have withdrawn by card you can reverse your withdrawal by navigating to: My account > Transaction History > Pending Withdrawals’ if you have any pending withdrawals these shall display at the top with the option to ‘Cancel’. Simply click on Cancel and you will then be asked to confirm the reversal. Funds should return to your account immediately.
How much can I deposit?
The minimum deposit amount is £/€5.00 per transaction and the maximum is £/€10,000 per day.

What happens if the card registered on my account has expired or been cancelled?
You will need to let us know of any changes of card and supply background information relating to the change. Any new card will have to be registered to your Sportdec account if you make transactions with it. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any issues adding a new card.
Can I make a withdrawal from my account to another person’s bank account?
No, this is deemed as a third party transaction and will not be permitted under any circumstance.

No, this is deemed to be a third party transaction, which is not allowed under any circumstances.
What identification do I need to supply for making a withdrawal?
Generally you do not need to provide any identification for making a withdrawal. However, if there has been an issue automatically verifying your age we will request a copy of your passport or driver’s licence and a copy of a recent utility bill from the address registered on your account.
How long will it take for my deposit to appear in my account?
Deposits are approved instantly. Once we receive your funds, we will credit your Sportdec account. It will appear in your bank / credit card statement as ‘FSB Technology’.
Which deposit methods do you accept?
Sportdec currently accepts Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard for deposits.
Do Sportdec charge on debit/credit card transactions?
Sportdec absorb all transaction fees. However, Sportdec reserve the right to charge players these fees if they deem that players have been using Sportdec to guarantee profits.
Why was my card/deposit declined or rejected?
First, check to confirm that all of your card details are entered correctly and that you are using a card which is accepted by Sportdec. If the deposit is still declined, your credit card issuer may maintain a rule that does not allow you to make direct deposits to online betting sites. Please contact your card provider to check if that is the case. Please contact our customer support team at email@example.com if this is still not resolved.
Can I deposit in another currency?
Once your account is set up, the currency cannot be changed. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form in the ‘My Account’ section of the app for more information on this.
